RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Feeling aggrieved against the alleged inaction on the part of respondent authorities, the petitioners have approached this court by way of instant writ petition, under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad-idem that the petitioners, through their counsel shall serve the respondents by way of self contained legal notice within a period of four weeks from today, raising their grievances, which have been inappropriately raised in the present writ petition. Learned counsel for the respondents fairly states that once the legal notice is received on behalf of the petitioners, the same shall be considered dispassionately and sympathetically by passing an appropriate order thereon, GREESH SAHNI 2015.01.12 10:18 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CWP No.15866 of 2009 strictly in accordance with law and if the petitioners are found entitled for any relief, the same shall be granted to them without any hesitation. Learned counsel for the petitioners also fairly states that the abovesaid statement made by learned counsel for the respondents satisfies the claim of the petitioners.

In view of the abovesaid respective stands taken by learned counsel for the parties and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, lest it should prejudice the rights of either of the parties, Chairman, Haryana Gramin Bank now known as Sarv Haryana Gramin Bank-respondent no.1 is directed that if the petitioners approach him by way of an appropriate legal notice within a period of four weeks from today, he shall consider and decide the same by passing an appropriate order thereon at an early date, strictly in accordance with law, but in any case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of legal notice from the petitioners.

Respondent no.1 is further directed to consider and decide the grievance of the petitioners in a sympathetic manner, because the petitioners claim allegedly serving with the respondent-bank for a fairly long time. It goes without saying that if after due consideration of the matter, respondent no.1 comes to the conclusion that the petitioners are entitled for any kind of relief, whatsoever, the same shall be granted to them without any further loss of time. With the abovesaid observations made and directions issued, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
