    %" & !"      *+,-   By filing the present petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner has sought anticipatory bail in FIR No.180 dated 24.10.2018, under Section 61 of the Excise Act and Section 420 of IPC, registered at Police Station Division No.3, Jalandhar. Learned State counsel on instructions of HC Rakesh Kumar submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and she is not required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the interim bail granted by this Court vide order dated 06.11.2018, is made absolute.

The petition stands allowed.
