(Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 407 Cr.P.C. for transfer of complaint No.18 of 2016 dated 22.01.2016 filed by the respondent/wife under Section 125 Cr.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Ms. Navjeet Kaler, JMIC, Chandigarh to Gurdaspur. Vide order dated 17.03.2017, on a joint request of the parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court and they were directed to appear before the Mediation Centre on 27.03.2017 to resolve the disputes.
