The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition, however, with liberty to file claim before the authority, as per the policy adopted by the P.S.P.C.L., for grant of compensation to the victims of electrocution. 2.

Consequently, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, with liberty (supra).

Mr. Divanshu Jain, Advocate, who records his appearance on behalf of the respondent No.2, under a memorandum of appearance instituted before this Court today, is directed to file a validly executed Vakalatnama in his favour by the respondent concerned, within 15 days from today, before Registry of this Court.
