SABINA, J Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of the order dated 03.01.2013 and all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.
While issuing notice of motion, following order was passed by this Court on 08.04.2015:- " Notice of motion for 01.09.2015.
In the meantime, the petitioner may submit himself to the jurisdiction of the learned trial court, upon which he shall be released on bail on furnishing adequate surety.
Till that time he shall not be arrested".
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in terms of the above order, petitioner has furnished necessary bail bonds.
