***** HARSH BUNGER J. (ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia for directing the respondents to conduct inquiry against respondent No.6/Sarpanch, who is alleged to have cut down, stolen and sold the trees from the Government School. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as regards the grievance raised in the instant writ petition, the petitioners have already submitted representations dated 16.01.2025 (Annexure P-3) and 04.04.2025 (Annexure P-4).

2.1 Learned counsel further submits that the petitioners would be satisfied, if appropriate directions are issued to the concerned authorities to decide the aforesaid representations submitted by the petitioners, in a time HIMANI GUPTA 2025.04.25 17:54 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document/judgment High Court, Chandigarh bound manner.

Learned State counsel submits that in case, the representations dated 16.01.2025 (Annexure P-3) and 04.04.2025 (Annexure P-4) have been received in the office of respondent No.4 (District Development & Panchayat Officer, Moga), then the concerned authorities shall take decision either way, on the pending representations dated 16.01.2025 (Annexure P-3) and 04.04.2025 (Annexure P-4) of the petitioners, within a period of three months from today, after affording due opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties.
