**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) This order shall dispose of CWP Nos. 13347, 13366, 13395 & 13473 of 2019, as according to learned counsel for the petitioner(s), the issue involved therein is identical.

The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of Mandamus, for directing the respondents to return/refund a sum of ` 25.00 lakhs to the petitioner, in terms of judgment of this Court rendered in CWP No. 10750 of 2012, titled as, "Century Knitters India Ltd. Vs. Union of India" and CWP No. 4247 of 2017, titled as, "Global Impex Vs. Union of India". A further prayer for issuing direction to respondent No.1 to return the original record of the petitioner, which was seized in 2015 as well as bear the cost of detention and demurrage charges. 3.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submitted that inadvertently, certain necessary averments could not be incorporated and the essential documents appended along with the writ petitions.
