Present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for directing the official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members which is in danger at the hands of private respondents No.7 to 11 with a further prayer for issuance of appropriate direction to the official respondents to take appropriate legal action against respondent No. 7 to 11 on the basis of allegations made in the representation dated 10.04.2026 (Annexure P-1).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the marriage of the petitioner was solemnized with Rajni, daughter of respondent No.7. It is contended that respondents No. 7 to 11 have falsely levelled allegations of dowry demands against the petitioner and his family members. Upon consideration, it is observed that the dispute between the

CRWP-4511-2026 (O&M) parties arises out of a matrimonial discord. In such circumstances, no case for issuance of a writ is made out. Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed.
