Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of accused petitioner Karan Mehta in case FIR No.10 dated 22.1.2016 for offences under Sections 452,324,148,149,506 and 120-B IPC,PS Division NO.6, Industrial Area, Ludhiana.

As per allegations, petitioner-Karan Mehta has been attributed a baseball bat blow below right eye of complainant Gagan Kumar.

It was contended that as per MLR of complainant-Gagan Kumar only one injury has been found by the Doctors which is sharp in nature and was referred for x-ray. The same is attributed to co-accused Sahil Walia. It was further contended that it is a case of version and cross version.

CRM-M 7247/2016 accused Sahil Walia and complainant have already compromised the matter vide compromise deed dated 4.4.2016 and interim protection granted to him vide order dated 24.2.2016 has been made absolute. Counsel for the complainant acknowledges the fact of compromise between the main accused-Sahil Walia and complainant Gagan Kumar.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances the present petition is allowed and interim bail granted to accused petitioner vide order dated 29.2.2016 is made absolute.
