 Present petition has been filed under section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of order dated 01.03.2018 (Annexure P-1), passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1" Class, Faridabad in Complaint No. NACT/4657/2016 dated 21.11.2016 filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (for short N. I. Act), vide which, the petitioners have been declared Proclaimed Persons as well as other consequential proceedings arising therefrom including FIR No. 0474 dated 24.05.2018, registered under Section 174-A IPC at Police Station Sarai Khawaja, District Faridabad (Annexure P-2), in the interest of justice, equity and fair play. 2.

The case was called twice. None has caused appearance on behalf of the petitioners.

Petition was filed way back in the year 2021. After the notice of motion issued vide order dated 27.07.2021, no one appeared on subsequent hearings on 01.11.2021, 09.12.2021, 21.02.2022, 01.04.2022 and 15.11.2022. 4.

It seems that the petitioners are not interested to pursue the present petition, which is consequently.
