R.P. Nagrath, J. (Oral) Prayer in the instant petition is made under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 73 dated 08.06.2013 for offences under Sections 406, 120-B, 467, 468 and 471 of Indian Penal Code (IPC), registered at Police Station Kamboh, District Amritsar on the basis of compromise.

On 23.09.2014, the parties were directed to appear before the Chief Judicial Magistrate for recording their statements on the compromise. Even before that on 01.07.2014, a similar direction was issued.

As per report received from the trial Court, the parties did not appear for making statements on the compromise. Even there is no representation from the petitioners. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
