Petitioner Paramjit Singh has come up in this civil writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the official respondents to protect the life and personal liberty of the petitioner and his family feeling threatened over the acts of private respondents.
