(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No. 860 dated 11.12.2014 (Annexure P-9) registered under Sections 420/406/120-B/147/148/149/506 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) at Police Station City, Hansi, District Hisar and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

The FIR is still under investigation.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners, I am of the considered opinion that no indulgence of this Court is required at this stage. However, the petitioners are at liberty to avail their remedy after the investigation is completed.

Disposed of.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that respondents No. 2 and 3, namely; Jai Dayal and Bhagwan Dass are cousin brothers and respondent No. 3 is posted as Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP), Hansi.

In view of the above, the petitioners may move appropriate and detailed representation in this regard to the Superintendent of Police (S.P.), Hisar and on doing so, the S.P., Hisar, shall himself look into the same and if necessary, to supervise the investigation.
