Notice in the application.

Learned State counsel as well as learned counsel for the petitioner accepts notice and submit that they have no objection if Ayyub son of Hajibulla is impleaded as a party.

In compliance of order dated 05.05.2025, Ms. Deep Rana, Superintendent, Nari Niketan Sector- 26, Chandigarh with assistance of ASI-Santosh Kumari have produced the petitioner in the Court today. The statement of the petitioner has been recorded in the Court today wherein she has expressed her willingness to go with her parents. In the light of statement made by the petitioner, no further order is required to be passed by this Court. Ms. Deep Rana, Superintendent, Nari Niketan Sector- 26 , Chandigarh is directed to handover the custody of the petitioner to her father immediately.

A copy of this order be given dasti to ASI-Santosh Kumari under the signature of Special Secretary of this Court. Petition stands disposed of.
