H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the revisionists submits that he be permitted to withdraw the present revision petition, granting him liberty to raise the plea with regard to the alternative relief being time barred before the trial Court at the time of final hearing. Allowed.

The revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid, with the observation that the trial Court shall decide such objections without being influenced by the observations made in the impugned order.
