The petitioners through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India are seeking setting aside of order dated 02.09.2008 whereby they were terminated without notice despite 12-15 years full time service as Class-IV employees. 2.

A Division Bench of this Court while issuing notice of motion on 01.12.2008 stayed operation of impugned termination order. The order dated 01.12.2008 reads as:- "Learned counsel for the petitioners states that petitioners have been working in the respondent department from 12 to 15 years.

Notice of motion for 18.2.2009.

In the meanwhile, termination order 2.9.2008 (Annexure P-5) is stayed till the next date of hearing."

Learned State counsel submits that all the petitioners except petitioner No.7 stand regularized, thus, grievance of petitioners stands DEEPAK BISSYAN 2025.09.09 18:12 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-20231-2008 -2redressed. Petitioner No.7 has left job.

Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be granted liberty to assail order of regularization qua date of regularization.
