Counsel for the petitioner submits that for grievous injury attributed to the petitioner with a dang on the arm of complainant Satwant Singh's wife, offence u/s 325 IPC has been added. On the instructions of ASI Paramjit Singh, it has been informed that offence u/s 308 IPC has been deleted.

In view of the above said circumstances, the petition is allowed. Interim order dated 29.2.2016 is hereby made absolute subject to all the conditions u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
