Upon notice, learned State counsel on instructions from SI Surjit Singh submits that the petitioner accused Rinku @ Rinki wife of main accused Rattan Lal alongwith others were instrumental in getting him released on 27.12.2015 after giving beatings to Constable Ajit Singh and HC Bhagwan Dass. He further submits that uniform of Constable Ajit Singh was torn off. It is further submitted that co-accusd husband was thereafter apprehended on 13.1.2016.
