Heard.

&the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.98 dated 02.03.2015 registered at Police Station Rai, District Sonipat under Sections 307/323/328/498A/34 IPC and all consequences arising out of the said FIR are quashed. The petition stands allowed in those terms.
