The present petition has been filed for quashing of order dated 22.03.2016 (Annexure P3) passed in FIR No.55, dated 16.07.2014, under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Nurmahal, District Jalandhar City, vide which the petitioner was declared as proclaimed offender and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of the order passed by this Court on 16.05.2023, the petitioner surrendered before the trial Court and was granted bail. Pursuant thereto statements of the parties were also recorded and FIR in question along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom was quashed on the basis of compromise vide order of even date in CRM-M-24922-2023. Therefore, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. 3.

Ordered accordingly.
