Both the petitioners were granted bail by this Court on 19.8.2014 and for their solitary non-appearance on 7.12.2015 their bail bonds were cancelled and NBWs issued.
It is averred that on account of illness of the wife, both the accused could not present themselves on the said date. Vide order dated 14.3.2016 while issuing notice of motion, petitioners, on surrendering before the trial court within 10 days, were directed to be released on interim bail.

CRM-M 7294/2016 At the time of hearing,learned counsel submits that pursuant to the said order petitioners have surrendered before the trial court and were released on interim bail.
The said factual position is not disputed by the learned State counsel.
In view of the above, interim bail granted by the trial court pursuant to the order dated 14.3.2016 passed by this court, is made absolute.
