Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) No. 2 to consider the representation dated 1.11.2017 (Annexure P2) and conduct inquiry regarding false implication of the petitioner in case FIR No. 183 dated 12.10.2017, registered under Sections 304-A, 279 and 427 IPC at Police Station Sadar Raikot, Ludhiana.
