After inquiries, the investigation was completed and challan has already been filed. He further submits that in case, any supplementary challan is required to be filed, the same would also be done expeditiously. Given above, the instant petition has rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
