State of Punjab .............Respondent CORAM: HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE JASWANT SINGH Present:- Mr.PS Sekhon,Advocate for the petitioner Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.3 dated 2.1.2016 under Sections 323, 324, 341, 148,149 IPC and (Sections 325/326 IPC added later on),PS Mehatpur,Distt. Jalandhar. As per allegations co-accused Jatinder Singh @ Jindi is alleged to have inflicted injury with a dang on the right hand of complainant Avneet whereas other co-accused namely Mangat Ram is alleged to have caused stick injury on the injured Gurvinder Singh. The injuries were caused on account of complainant side having engaged some other Halwai for the marriage of their sister to the dislike of present petitioner, who is a local Halwai.

After arguing for sometime and having failed to convince the Court,learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
