RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to the official respondents to conduct enquiry within time bound manner on representation (Annexure P-1) and take appropriate action against the accused/private respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner has filed representation (Annexure P-3) before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Batala, District Batala, for the redressal of his claim and the same has not yet been decided.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-the Senior Superintendent of Police, Batala, District Batala to look into the representation dated 16.04.2023 (Annexure P-3) and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of one month from today.
