**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, petitioner is seeking quashing of FIR No. 121 dated 11.6.2011, registered under Sections 376 IPC and Section 3 of SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Police Station Sahnewal, District Ludhiana (Annexure P-1) and all the consequent proceedings arising out of the same and the order dated 3.9.2011 whereby petitioner was declared proclaimed offender.

Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner had appeared before the trial Court and was admitted to interim bail. He refers to the order dated 27.1.2016.
