**** MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 218, dated 02.07.2020, under Sections 306, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Haibowal, District Ludhiana.
Learned counsel for the petitioner further states that pursuant to order dated 21st August, 2020, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined investigation.
Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Rajan P. Singh, states that the petitioner is no longer required for further interrogation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 21st August, 2020, is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
