***** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The petitioner seeks grant of the anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in a case bearing FIR No.15 dated 30.03.2021 under Section 22, 25, 29 NDPS Act and Section 473 IPC registered with Police Station Thulliwal, District Barnala.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 21.09.2021 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

The learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Gurtej Singh submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation in terms of the order dated 21.09.2021 and is not required for custodial interrogation. In this view of the matter, interim order dated 21.09.2021 is made absolute.

However, the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The petition stands disposed of.
