(Oral) In proceedings under Sections 145 and 146 Cr.P.C., it was directed vide order dated 5.4.2017 that the petitioners be handed over the land in respect of which the receiver was appointed. The possession having not been handed over, the petitioners approached the Field Kanungo, who issued warrants of possession dated 10.5.2022, however, the same have not been executed and, thus, the present writ petition has been filed.

The writ petition has been filed without making any representation before the higher revenue authorities and thus, the same is not entitled to be entertained.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the higher revenue authorities. Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforementioned liberty.
