The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondents to grant the extension of service of 02 years beyond the age of superannuation on account of having a permanent disability of 60%. At the very outset, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action with complete and better particulars.
