As per the said reply presently there is no threat perception to the petitioners. However, the counsel for the petitioners made request that the present petition be disposed of with necessary direction to the respondent No.2 to assess the threat perception, if any, and to do the needful. The State counsel has no objection if any such direction is given to respondent No.2.
