In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of a direction to the respondents to release the retiral benefits including pension alongwith all other admissible benefits in favour of the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, submits that at this stage, he will be satisfied if a direction is given to respondent No.3 to decide the legal notice dated 17.03.2026 (Annexure P-7) submitted by the petitioner, in a time bound manner.
