Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition, because as per her instructions, after receipt of FSL report, the offences which are under Sections of the NDPS Act have been deleted and now, offences under Excise Act and Drug Act have been added. She seeks liberty to file a fresh petition under the new provisions of law.
