Upon notice, learned State counsel assisted by ASI Devinder Kumar submits that after verification it is found that marriage of maternal niece (Bhanji) of petitioner is fixed for 5.3.2016. He,therefore, on humanitarian grounds, does not seriously contest grant of interim bail for a few days.

CRM-M 7359/2016 In view of the above,present petition is allowed. It is directed that accused-petitioner Suresh Kumar shall be released on interim bail till 8th of March,2016 to the satisfaction of CJM/Duty Magistrate,Gurgaon. It is further directed that the petitioner shall surrender before the Jail Authorities before 5.00 p.m., on 8.3.2016. Copy dasti on payment of usual charges.
