The present revision petition has been filed for quashing of the order dated 24.04.2023 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, SAS Nagar in Execution No.27 of 2023, whereby salary of the petitioner was ordered to be attached due to non-payment of arrears of maintenance. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present revision petition has since been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the salary of the petitioner has been released by the Family Court concerned. 3.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
