Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel contends that he would be satisfied if a direction be issued to the Commissioner of Police, Amritsar, (respondent No.3) to decide the representation (Annexure P-6) in a time bound manner.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Commissioner of Police, Amritsar (respondent No.3) to decide the representation (Annexure P-6) within one month in accordance with law, on receipt of the certified copy of the present order.
