RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.159, dated 25.05.2020, under Sections 15, 27-A and 29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and 181 of the MV Act, registered at Police Station Chandimandir, District Panchkula. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition.
