CWP No. 13807 of 2021 By way of filing the present writ petition, petitioner Goverdhan Dass, who retired as a Head Teacher from Education Department, Haryana on 20.6.2022 prays for issuance of direction to his former employer considering his representation dated 23.1.2020 ( Annexure P-3) for grant of revision of pension under the Revised Pension Rules/Scheme dated 7.1.2009 w.e.f. 1.1.2006 on the basis of circular dated 20.5.2015 (Annexure P-2) along with interest.

CWP No. 13807 of 2021 (O&M) respondents have taken up the matter with the office of Advocate General, Haryana to get the requisite legal advise in the matter and thereafter the representation of the petitioner would be disposed of. Under the circumstances, the writ petition is finally disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner (Annexure P-3) in accordance with law, rules, regulations and instructions on the subject within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of the order and if some action in the matter is warranted then the needful be done in accordance with law. A speaking order in that regard be passed, which be conveyed to the petitioner. (H.S.
