**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking directions to complete the investigation in FIR No.236 dated 19.12.2015 under Sections 363, 366, 452, 506 and 148 read with Section 149 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran.

Learned State counsel has informed that cancellation report has since been prepared on 20.08.2016 and the same will be presented before the concerned Illaqa Magistrate within a period of two weeks. In this view of the matter, at this stage, no directions are required to be given in the present petition and the same is hereby is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate remedy, if any, in accordance with law.
