The management (petitioner) assails the correctness of the order passed by the Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Panipat, dated 18.03.2021, while dismissing 78 applications for seeking permission to amend the written statements in the said number of petitions. 2.

It has come on the record that the workers sent a demand notice on 09.05.2008 and the matter was referred to the Court on 09.02.2011. The matter is pending before the Court for more than 101⁄2 years. Furthermore, it is apparent that the proposed amendments are based on law, which can otherwise be raised at the time of arguments. As per Order VI, Rule 2 CPC, the party is required to state the material facts in a concise form. The evidence is not required to be pleaded.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the revision petition is disposed of with the observation that the petitioner will be entitled to put DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2021.09.16 16:05 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Civil Revision No. 1812 of 2021 forth the legal objections with regard to the maintainability of the demand notice, which are not required to be stated in the pleadings, and can put forth at the time of final arguments.
