**** RAVI SHANKER JHA, CHIEF JUSTICE ( Oral ) This is an application under Section under Section 11 (6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (in short `the Act'), for appointment of an Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes and differences between the parties arising out of the Tender/Contract dated 02.02.2019.

Notices dated 11.07.2020 and 15.07.2020 were issued by the applicant to the respondent for appointment of an Arbitrator. However, the respondent did not appoint an Arbitrator. Hence, this application.
