Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of necessary directions to respondents No.2 to 4 to fairly conclude the investigation in FIR No. 0093 dated 27.09.2018, under Section 420 IPC, registered at Police Station Mallanwala, District Ferozepur and to present final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. On 18.07.2019, following order was passed by this Court:

1 Today, another status report by way of affidavit of Narinder Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Zira, District Ferozepur, on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4 filed in Court today and is taken on record. Copy supplied to counsel opposite. A perusal of paragraph 6 of the status report reveals that after investigation in the matter, cancellation report has been prepared on 02.09.2019 and which is likely to be submitted before the Court of competent jurisdiction.
In view of the above factual position, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all his pleas before the Learned Illaqa Magistrate at the time of consideration of the cancellation report.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforementioned.
