Proceedings were initiated on the complaint of petitioner-Maha Singh addressed to Hon'ble the Chief Justice of this Court, wherein he has reiterated that his son Sombir had gone missing from Yemen w.e.f. 24.10.2011. As per his last call, Sombir had stated that he will arrive at Kanda Port (Gujarat) and thereafter, complainant could not contact his son. Learned State counsel submits that despite best efforts and investigation by associating the petitioner, Sombir could not be traced. Vide his affidavit dated 07.05.2018, petitioner has stated that he has no suspicion against Karambir. The police has also presented untraced/cancellation report in the Court.
Keeping in view above facts, no further action is required to be taken in this petition and the same is disposed of with direction that attempts will be made to trace Sombir and further action as required will be JITENDER KUMAR 2018.09.07 15:44 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
