In the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of directions to the respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and arrest accused in FIR No. 175 dated 01.11.2017 (Annexure P-3) registered under Sections 384, 379-B, 148, 149 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Navi Baradari, Jalandhar. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset contends that the purpose of the instant petition would be achieved, if respondent No. 7-Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga, is directed to decide representation Annexure P-11, moved by the petitioner. 3.

In view of the above, respondent No. 7-Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga, is directed to look into the matter and decide representation Annexure P-11, moved by the petitioner, in accordance with law, by passing a speaking order and after affording an opportunity of hearing to him, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
