Crl. Misc. No. M-7390 of 2016 Learned counsel states that sale-deed Annexure A-3 is in favour of Rajinder Kaur, the petitioner and the funds had been supplied by her father. The petitioner would place on record the document to show that the amount was transferred. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the instant petition.
