Reply filed by respondent Nos. 5 and 6, is taken on record.

Prayer in this petition is for issuance of direction to respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to take legal action against respondent No. 5 for committing of rape/sexual harassment and for spoiling the matrimonial life of the petitioner.

On notice, a reply dated 18.07.2014 has been filed by ACP, Sahnewal, Ludhiana on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 3 stating therein that no representation was ever moved by the petitioner with the Commissioner of the police, Ludhiana nor the matter relates to the Ludhiana Police and the same relates to the police of Police District S.B.S.Nagar. Further the petitioner had not associated with the police as the counsel had instructed her not to give statement. In view of the detailed reply filed by the police, the present petition is dismissed.
