******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present second petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners in case FIR No. 64 dated 08.04.2017 registered for offences punishable under Sections 380 and 34 of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Civil Lines Bathinda, District Bathinda.
Heard.
Learned State counsel submits that petitioners have deposited `5000/- each for payment to the witnesses, namely, Ashok Kumar, Raj Kumar and complainant and are now regularly appearing during trial. In view of submission of learned State counsel but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed and order dated 14.11.2018 is made absolute till the presentation of challan, subject to the following terms:- (i) that petitioners shall make themselves available for interrogation by the police as and when required; (ii) that petitioners shall not, directly or indirectly, make any JITENDER KUMAR 2019.05.28 10:49 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted
