Mr. Ruhani Chadha, Advocate for Mr. Navjot Singh, Advocate, for the petitioner Mr. Avtar Singh Sandhu, Addl. AG Punjab for the State Fateh Deep Singh, J. (Oral) Learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Jagtar Singh, submits that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigations and nothing is to be recovered from him and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute. In the light of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 12.11.2018 is made absolute till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioner will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court. The petitioner shall abide by the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
