Criminal Misc. No. M-8568 of 2015 As per office report, respondent No.1-complainant has been served through his counsel in the learned trial court. However, nobody has come present on behalf of the respondent No.1complainant. In view of the above, petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned trial court within a period of two weeks from today and till then, interim order dated 17.3.2015 passed by this Court shall continue to operate. Petitioners shall move appropriate application for bail which shall be considered by the learned trial court on merits and shall be disposed of, at an early date, by passing an appropriate order thereon, in accordance with law.
