(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No.365 dated 23.11.2017 under Sections 406/506 and 34 IPC at Police Station Sadar Narnaul, District Mahendergarh. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated December 20, 2017, petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated December 20, 2017, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
